Currently embedded systems engineer on the York Robotics Society rover team, with prior research at UTIAS on YOLO-based navigation and MATLAB flight simulation.

Engineered STM32 firmware for EMC2303 fan control and ADC-based battery monitoring. Configured I2C/SMBus and hardware interrupts for low-latency sensor acquisition on the planetary rover platform.

Trained YOLOv5, YOLOv7, and YOLO Pose for high-speed gate detection. Built MATLAB/Simulink flight sims with PID control and automated Python ML data pipelines.
